We loved the hotel's prime location near TaiShan, clean and well-equipped rooms, and amazing breakfast. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The pool area had nice surroundings and the option of borrowing a cap was available. the hotel had a shopping mall nearby with several food options.
The hotel needs better hygiene policies as borrowed caps were not clean. There was a lack of English spoken which made communication difficult.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious. the exclusive amenities provided here make for an unforgettable stay. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the service was exceptional. the Swimming pool and private facilities were immaculate and added great value to my stay. the Restaurant served the most delicious meals and catered to my every need.
The only minor issue I encountered at this venue was a slightly slow check-in process. once I was settled in my room, everything was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently situated for visiting the Tai Shan mountain with excellent service from accommodating staff and a clean and spacious room. Local restaurants lie within walking distance for an authentic experience downtown. the hotel’s room service is an added advantage.
One of the restaurant’s western-style dishes was sloppy with little replacement on offer.

During my stay at a hotel in Tai'an during Christmas, I appreciated the festive decorations and the friendly greetings from the staff. the location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-equipped gym and enjoyed working out during my stay.
My stay was negatively impacted by poor communication and slow service. The hotel staff seemed unorganized and often gave conflicting information.
